EPDM rubber gasket B-417 PO for screening machines 40(20)x15x6 (profile gasket/rubber profile/rim profile/protective gasket/screen profile/profile for screening machines) is used to protect, among others, screening screens and crushers from abrasion. The profile is placed at the point where the screen meets the steel supports in the inner part of the sorter, where it acts as a pad to prevent damage to the screen. The external dimensions of the profile are 40mm x 15mm ( height x width) and allow it to sit on an 6mm wide flat bar.

The gasket is made of a flexible, durable EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene rubber) rubber compound, and is characterized by:

- high resistance to aging and weather conditions, ozone and UV radiation

- resistance to organic and inorganic acids, cleaning agents, potassium and sodium alkalis

- maintaining its properties in the temperature range from -50°C to +130°C
- flexibility and susceptibility to stretching

- good memory of the original shape.
