SHIPMENT

Delivery of the Goods within the territory of the Republic of Poland takes place to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the Order.
Delivery of the ordered Goods is carried out via:

The delivery costs are as follows: 

- DPD standard courier [payment in advance (online)] - PLN 24.60 (gross),
- DPD cash on delivery - PLN 30.75 (gross),
- GLS standard courier [payment in advance (online)] - PLN 20.91 (gross),
- GLS cash on delivery - PLN 25.83 (gross),
- InPost parcel locker PLN 21 (gross). 

In addition, delivery costs will be indicated at the time of placing the Order.For orders for larger quantities of products (e.g. pallet) and foreign shipments, the price is given individually.
Order completion time is up to 14 business days and is counted from the moment GUMOTEST confirms the acceptance of the Order to the moment GUMOTEST sends the shipment containing the Products. The above time should be added to the delivery time of the Product by the DPD, InPost and GLS courier companys - 3 working days for domestic shipments and 7 working days for international shipments - from the moment of sending the package. However, in the pre-holiday periods and increased shipping activity, the delivery time by the carrier may be extended and is independent of the Store.

GOODS DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY

In the case of a distance consumer purchase, our Store always bears the risk of accidental damage or loss of goods in transit. If the goods are delivered with obvious damage caused during transport, we kindly ask you to report such a defect to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us. A delay in submitting such a complaint or making contact may have consequences for your statutory claims and their satisfaction, in particular for your rights under the statutory warranty for defects (point VIII of the Regulations). Quicker reporting of noticed damage caused during transport helps us to pursue our own claims against the carrier or transport insurer.

Working days are from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Recording, securing and sharing the order data and the General Terms and Conditions (sales regulations) takes place via e-mail.

RETURN

You have the right to withdraw from the concluded contract in writing without giving a reason within fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract pursuant to the Act of 30 May 2014 (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827, as amended). In case of written withdrawal from the contract, the Customer is obliged to return the Goods within fourteen days. The deadline to withdraw from the contract expires after 14 days from the day on which you came into possession of the Goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you came into possession of the Goods.

In the case of exercising the right to 14-day withdrawal, the cost of returning the Goods shall be borne by the Customer.

Please fill in the return form (downloaded from our website or handwritten according to the form presented below) and attach it to the goods together with the receipt confirming purchase of the returned order.
