JOINING RUBBER PROFILES

We offer the possibility of cutting and joining according to individual orders, the technology allows us to connect profiles made of:

• EPDM and NBR rubbers,
• Micro rubber / EPDM foams,
• TPE and PVC thermoplastics.

As a standard, we use butt joint. 

We also make angular joints, mainly at 45 °, allowing for manufacturing of sealing frames for covers, hatches, control and electric cabinets.

The method of joining profiles is adapted to the specification of the material as well as the place and method of using the final product. We use:

•     specialized adhesives for plastics and rubber,
•     mechanical welding. 

The methods used by us ensure the durability of joints in the scope corresponding to the specifications of rubber and silicone products and micro-rubber gaskets.
