In the manufacture of our products, we use a wide range of rubber and silicone mixtures:

  • NR (natural rubber),
  • EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer terpolymer)
  • NBR (acrylonitrile butadiene rubber),
  • SBR (styrene-butadiene rubber),
  • CR (chloroprene rubber),
  • FKM (fluorocarbon rubber),
  • VMQ (vinyl-methyl-silicone),
  • FVMQ (fluorosilicone rubber).

We carry out regular tests thanks to the MonTech MDR 3000 rheometer that meets the ISO 6502, ASTM D 5289, and DIN 53529 standards. The properties of the mixtures and the quality are constantly checked during production.

In addition, the use of injection and extrusion technology also allows us to manufacture products from thermoplastic elastomers:

  • SBS (styrene-butadiene-styrene copolymer),
  • SEBS (styrene/ethylene-butylene/styrene copolymer),
  • TPE (thermoplastic elastomer),
  • TPV (EPDM polymer and polypropylene),
  • TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane),
  • soft PVC (polyvinyl chloride).

We adjust the parameters of the raw materials used by us to the requirements of the product's working environment and the Client's indications. We use rubber compounds in the hardness range from 40 ° ShA to 90 ° ShA.

We also manufacture polyurethane (PU) cast materials.

Hard plastic injection products:

  • PP (polypropylene),
  • PA (polyamide),
  • PE (polyethylene),
  • PS (polystyrene),
  • POM (polyacetal),
  • ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer).

We produce polyurethane products in hardness from 40 ° ShA to 95 ° ShA (even 55 ° ShD), in accordance with the Customer's requirements regarding strength properties and in the colors of the RAL palette. The parameters of the materials used in our products are constantly monitored by means of specialized laboratory devices. Our offer also includes gaskets cut from fiber and gasket sheets (GAMBIT, POLONIT, TEMAC).
