Injection products

We also use injection technology in the production of our products. The basic raw materials processed in this branch of production are thermoplastic elastomers: TPU, TPE, SBS, SEBS. It is also possible to use harder materials such as ABS, PE, PP.

As part of the development of production capabilities, our company has a department for the production of injection products made of thermoplastic elastomers. In our machinery park we have a fully automatic injection molding machine for plastics processing by Arburg with a clamping force of 1000 kN and BOY with a clamping force of 1250 kN. Additionally, the machine is compatible with pressurized granulate feeders, dryers and mills for recycling post-production waste.

Production is based mainly on the following materials:

• TPU - Thermoplastic Polyurethane
• TPE - Thermoplastic Polyester Elastomer
• SBS - styrene-butadiene-styrene copolymers
• SEBS - styrene-ethylene / butylene-styrene copolymers

We can also produce from materials such as PP, PE, ABS, etc. For the production of injection products, we use tools made by our tool department, and we manufacture products on molds provided by the Customer. Thanks to the developed tool shop, we are able to make molds on our own, and additional cooperation with companies offering services in the field of injection mold production significantly reduces the time of project implementation into serial production.
