TOOL SHOP

There is a modern tool shop on the premises of the plant, which in cooperation with technologists prepares molds for products and additional accessory devices increasing production efficiency. In addition, our toolmakers deal with the ongoing servicing of our machine park and the maintenance of molds already used in serial production. For the production of molds, we use semi-finished products from PRO PLASTICA and HASCO.  This solution allows us to significantly accelerate the processes of implementation and manufacutre of products, as well as reduce the costs associated with it.

In addition to conventional milling machines and lathes used in machining, our tool department is equipped with a 4-axis vertical CNC R 1000 center by AFM DEFUM and a 5-axis wire EDM machine ZAP BP 105 with attachment for turning the starting holes.
